Contact us
We are here to help! Whether you have a question about our tools, found a bug, or have an idea for a new one, our team is ready to assist you.
How we can help
ImgNexa is a small, independent set of free image tools. You can write to us about a tool that is not working as expected, a file that will not convert, a suggestion for a new tool or a correction to something on the site. If you report a problem, it helps to tell us the browser and device you use, the tool you were using and the type and rough size of the file.
What to expect
We read every message and aim to reply within three working days. Because the tools run in your browser, we never receive your images or videos and cannot recover or look at files for you, so please do not attach private pictures to your message. For questions about advertising or data, see the Privacy Policy, and for how the tools work, see the About page.
